TIL Companies House lets you download every new company as a CSV, no account needed
find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk ↗
genuinely didn't know this. advanced search lets you filter by date registered + SIC code (56102 = cafés, 96020 = hairdressers) and then just export the lot as a CSV. no api key, no signup.
brand new businesses are perfect because they still need a website, a google profile, a logo, all of it, and nobody's got to them yet.

didn't know the csv export existed, that's so much better than scrolling the register
