uBlock Origin Lite vs the full version, which do you actually need

quick one because people keep asking: chrome moved to manifest v3 and the full uBlock Origin stopped working there, so Lite is the one for Chrome and Edge now.

Firefox still runs the full version which can do a bit more (custom filters etc). Either way it's a 2 minute install.
