Cloned Linktree with Claude Code + the Replica skills: 95/96 tests green

Wanted to see how far the Replica skill pack goes on a real product, so we pointed it at Linktree.

It mapped 10 screens and 7 user flows, built the clone, then ran Playwright against it and found 2 actual bugs (a broken redirect and a layout shift on mobile) and fixed both without being asked.

The one failing test is a font-loading timing thing we still haven't nailed. Video is the full run, sped up.
