Know the rules first

Free to access doesn't mean free of rules. Two things matter in the UK.

iptv-org ↗ stores no video. Its README says it only lists links to streams that, as far as the maintainers know, the broadcasters themselves have made publicly available. Anything that breaks a copyright holder's rights can be reported and removed.

CarefulUK: you need a TV Licence to watch live TV on any channel, online and foreign channels included. That's TV Licensing's own rule, and these are live channels. A licence is £180 a year.
TipStick to the official list. Sites selling "premium IPTV" with Sky Sports or Netflix for £10 a month are pirate services. They're illegal, and often a security risk too.
CarefulOpening a stream connects your home internet address straight to the broadcaster's server and to any advert or tracking server built into the stream. They can see your address and roughly where you are, the same as visiting any website.
