VTracer
A tiny free program that turns pictures like logos and icons into SVG vector files that stay sharp at any size.
What you can do with it
- Rescue a logo that only exists as a small screenshot
- Make print-ready SVGs for mugs, signs and t-shirts
- One-colour versions for stickers, stamps and vinyl
Worth knowingIt traces shapes, it doesn't redraw: small text comes out wobbly or broken and photos turn into blotches, so tiny logos need upscaling first and client work needs tidying in an editor.
