Fix small sellers' Amazon listings: audits, rewrites and a monthly retainer

Thousands of small brands sell good products on Amazon behind titles that break the rules, bullets that skip the facts buyers need, and reviews that say "smaller than expected". Run one script to score a listing, find the missing keywords and turn review complaints into fixes, then rewrite it from real product facts. A free before/after on the seller's own listing is the pitch.

Why small Amazon sellers need this

See the listing problems that cost small sellers sales, and why they rarely fix them.

  1. Open any category on Amazon and you'll find good products with bad listingsA title stuffed with "BEST SELLER!!" and the same word three times. Three bullets in capitals. A main image on a grey kitchen worktop. And reviews saying "smaller than expected" or "cracked in the dishwasher", problems the listing could have prevented by stating the size and the care instructions.

  2. Why it matters to the sellerAmazon introduced stricter title rules in January 2025 (200 characters in most categories, no ! $ ? _ { } ^, no word more than twice, no promotional phrases) and flags listings that break them. Missing keywords mean the product doesn't show for searches people actually make. Expectation problems in reviews drag the star rating down. Each of these is fixable in a day.

  3. Why they don't fix itsmall brands are one to five people running stock, ads, customer service and product development. The listing was written once, in a hurry, two years ago. Someone who can say "here are the three fixes, here's the rewrite, here's what changed four weeks later" is easy to pay.

    Careful
    • What it takes. About 4 hours per full rewrite and 90 minutes per audit once practised.
    • Discipline with facts: every size, material and claim comes from the client, never from AI.
    • Patience with results: you report a 4-week before and after, and sales also move with price, stock, ads and season.
    • Steady outreach: free audits on real listings, sent to people who didn't ask for them.
    • Who this suits: you write clearly, you like rules and checklists, and you enjoy the detective work of reading reviews. Knowing one category well (kitchen, pets, garden, crafts) makes you faster and more credible.
  4. The kitread the kit overview or download everything: the audit script, sample listings, keywords and reviews, the playbook, prompts, pricing calculator and outreach scripts.

Do I need to sell on Amazon myself?
No. You need to know the rules and the client's product. Clients give you access through a Seller Central user permission, or you send them the new copy to paste in.
