did the find-20-businesses lesson, went with barbersThere are about 30 barbers within a mile of me and I'd say 25 of them only exist on Instagram. 21 made it into the sheet. Writing the audit emails this weekend. Bit nervous about the first one ngl

finished the business finder lesson, ended up with 23 businesses in my sheet"30 minutes" my arse, took me about 40 because I kept getting distracted in Street View looking at shopfronts lol but genuinely the most useful thing I've done this month. about half the cafés round me have literally no website, just an instagram with 200 followers and a link to nowhere. one of them still has a business.site link that died years ago doing audits on the top 5 tomorrow, will report back

audited 5 local businesses, all 5 were missing from the map pack in their own townDid the SEO audit lesson on the top 5 from my sheet. Every single one was invisible for "[their trade] near me" in their own town. Three didn't even have a Google Business Profile. One dog groomer has 4.9 stars on Facebook from 200 reviews and doesn't exist on Google at all. Mad. Turned that one into a one-page pitch with the deck lesson. Sending it Monday. Wish me luck.

chatgpt running fully offline on my 16gb laptop, no gpuDid the run-AI-on-your-PC lesson with gemma4:e2b. Getting about 26 tokens/sec on the CPU, which is honestly fine for drafting emails and summarising stuff. Pulled the wifi out to check it wasn't secretly online. Still answers. Very satisfying. Open WebUI next so it actually looks like ChatGPT and I can stop using the terminal for it.

the reverse engineering track has broken my brain (in a good way)I used to just use tools. Now I can't stop opening them up to see how they work. Rebuilt 3 small tools so far just for fun. None of them are useful, all of them taught me more than any course I've paid for. CyberChef one was the gateway drug.
